The Whiskers Fund is a 100% in-home foster based rescue. We have foster homes all over the United States.  Our founder started this rescue with the intention of helping all of our foster babies feel loved, learn to trust humans and other animals, and to ensure that no animal, in our care, ever feel what it is like to live in a shelter. Our foster babies are guaranteed to be shown love from the moment they arrive at any of our foster homes.
